Product Details: Each package includes 2 Steaks 

Minute Steak received its namesake from its ability to cook quickly; each side only takes around a minute! This cut can come from either Round or Sirloin steak. The steaks get sent through a tenderizer numerous times until they become only 1/4 of an inch thick. 

Cooking Notes: Minute Steaks are great for dishes such as fajitas, chicken fried steak, Salsbury steaks, etc. We recommend searing them quickly over high heat for the best results. If you desire to marinate please note that due to their thin tenderized nature these steaks will absorb the flavor very quickly and only need 15 minutes in the marinating process.
