  • 1 pound ground beef package
  • 8 ounces (1/2 a box) elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until it's browned and cooked through for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, green and red bell peppers, and cook until the vegetables are tender for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the pasta, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef and vegetable mixture.
  7. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, chopped kalamata olives, chopped fresh parsley, chopped red onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Form the beef mixture into 4-6 patties, depending on your desired size.
  4. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill or cook the beef patties according to your preference, flipping them once halfway through cooking. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
