Not all beef should be treated the same. There is something to be said about the flavor of quality ground beef. Ground beef is popular due to its versatility and easy prep. Great for crumbling into stews or pattied into your own blend to replicate a memorable steakhouse burger.

Cooking Notes: Crumble in a skillet on stove top using a spoon or spatula to separate the meat. Cook until meat turns brown and juices run clear, constantly stirring.  Drain juice in a mesh strainer.  Add beef back to pan and season.
