Product Details: Flank Steak is located beneath the loin in the cow's abdomen producing a lean cut that has a flavor profile similar to a roast. 

Cooking Notes: Flank steak is full of flavor although it is a tougher cut of beef it can be delicious when prepped and cooked properly. We recommend using a good marinade and cooking the steak whole to rare or medium rare to keep the steak as tender as possible. Once cooked and cooled cut the Steak into thin strips against the grain!
