Ribeyes are actually steaks cut from the prime rib, cut from the back of the upper rib section. The flavor is rich, juicy, and full-flavored due to generous marbling throughout. Keep the seasoning simple to truly enjoy the rich flavor of this tender and juicy cut.

Cooking Notes: Season with coarse Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, and grill over direct high heat for a nice char on the outside and pink middle. Watch for flare-ups since this cut of meat has a higher fat content. When possible, season meat the day prior and refrigerate uncovered creating a more tender and flavorful piece of meat.
