Similar to Traditional Bacon our beef bacon is made from the belly. Naturally with maple, brown sugar, and the salt mixture then smoked over hickory. Prior to its curing process, it is dry-aged for 21 days. Providing a strong complex and rich flavor that is sure to satisfy.
Cooking Notes: Add it to everything! Just as the saying goes everything is better with bacon. Our beef bacon can be cooked up any way you prefer: on the griddle, in the skillet, fried, broiled in the oven, or wrapped around anything!!
