Delicious Father’s Day Recipes: 3 Grilled Steak Recipes for Dad

1. Grilled Ribeye with Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 Herd 77 Ribeye Steaks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

For Herb Butter:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Herb Butter:

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into a log shape, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm.

Season the Steaks: Rub the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Steaks:

  • Preheat your grill to high heat.
  • Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve:

Slice the herb butter into rounds and place a round on each steak just before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Herd 77 Ribeye Steaks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil

 For the Steak Seasoning Blend:

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Steak Seasoning Blend: In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning blend ingredients together. Rub the steaks with olive oil and coat them evenly with the seasoning blend.

    Grill the Steaks:

    • Preheat your grill to high heat.
    • Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
    • Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Herd 77 Flank Steak
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • Olive oil

    For Chimichurri Sauce:

    • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • Instructions:

    Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:

    In a bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

    Season the Steak: Rub the flank steak with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

    Grill the Steak:

    • Preheat your grill to high heat.
    • Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
